February 2017 our design team was commissioned to install a highly transparent GLASled banner solution. The purpose of the banner and technology used is to provide visitors and passers-by with the most up-to-date information while maintaining the properties of the transparent facade and building.

After consultation and several test moments, the choice fell on Amadea Technologies' P10 transparent GLASled solution for KAF Almere. The beauty of our solution, says Michel Drion of Amadea Technologies, is that it has 85% transparency and one can just see from inside to outside what is happening outside. Daylight and operation of the glass facade also remains just as it was designed and intended. By using the latest techniques we dare to say that it is also an energy-efficient solution which uses up to 35% less energy than the current black LED screens.
