From our partner AVEQ The Hague, Amadea Technologies received the amazing order for design and installation of a 490 cm long multi touch bar table.
Last September 2017, our design team was commissioned to develop, build and pre-installation delivery of a 490 cm multi touch bar table solution.
The purpose behind the multi touch bar is to use the interactive bar during certain small-scale "living room" events which can offer guests the necessary interactive features and touch infotainment while enjoying a snack and drink.
Important within this project was the desire for a special design and stable construction of this bar-table, in contrast to fixed bar and table installations, this bar had to be easily modularly assembled and disassembled in order to get it into the various "living room" locations, said Ronnie Luining, Director of Research & Development.
This brought with it the necessary challenges. Apart from that, during the development of the concept of the touch table-bar, many different technical issues came up which eventually resulted in a great product solution. The possibility was created to use the 4 separate 55-inch (multi capacitive) touch screens "separately" from each other on either side of the bar-table as multi touch entertainment screens and together as an elongated video wall.
The beauty of this custom total solution is that AVEQ together with Amadea Technologies succeeded in creating an amazing and imposing multi touch experience of real size that the end customer is more than happy to use and can be easily taken down and built up again at the other locations.
